The Technical Entrepreneurial Community (TEC) is seeking to fill several leadership positions for the school year of 2011-2012. We are looking for enthusiastic engineering graduate students to shape the future of entrepreneurship at UCLA Engineering. This is a wonderful opportunity to help others achieve their entrepreneurial aspirations while building a strong network. We are currently looking to fill several board, committee chair, and committee officer positions. The Technical Entrepreneurial Community (TEC) and Institute for Technology Advancement (ITA) present an Information and Seminar Session on Entrepreneurship

ITA and TEC have partnered to promote entrepreneurship, innovation and leadership within UCLA’s student community. The goal is to help foster the transition of research ideas and technology created by UCLA’s student researchers to successful commercialization. ITA and TEC can provide guidance, mentorship and resources to UCLA student innovators to help bridge the gap between the conceptual idea, proof of concept prototype development, and business planning required to advance the technology to address the needs of the emerging markets.
